Can't hit the eula window button, as the eula window is displaced, and will not move. The EULA window top left corner is at the bottom right corner, rather than where it should be. Its also oversized. I can't move it.

boosters tend to be the best, capacitor power relays, which INCREASES shield regen time, and makes cap regen faster, plus a shield booster, is more effecient than just standard regen

My idea for fixing blasters is not only do the changes you listed, revert the falloff numbers to what they were previously Increase tracking, increase optimal on neutron blaster cannon to 10km, and let it have 20km optimal again, and trust me... ...

xeno, try getting within optimal range, making your ship sit totally still, then find a target that is totally still... you will get a LOT of wrecking perfect hits.

With battleship 4, the 1400mm will be CLOSE to the tachyon, barely use capacitor, and use less powercore... when you can fit 4 tachyons, you can fit 5 1400mm also, what about damage type versality? I'm sure a shield hardener would ruin the tachyo...

ana... one has to have the most cargo but bestower isn't always the best I like my hoarder for npc looting, because I get 908m/s in it, and I have decent shields, and EXCELLENT agility

I'd like to point something out... a maller with 3 energy neutralizers, 6 cap relays, a warp disruptor, an afterburner, and a shield booster, with 3 guns, will horribly own a blackbird, and an armageddon with a simular loadout will own a scorpion.
